I really enjoyed the clean, diminutively chic design & facilities of the room & the hotel. Loved the beds & bedding & the big windows. The made to order breakfast was an unexpected treat. What we really noticed & most enjoyed was the superlative customer service & natural hospitality offered by 2 of your Front Office staff, Cola & Desiree! Both of these ladies were organically engaging, smiled effortlessly/naturally & showed flair & style & a certain pride & dignity in their jobs that was palpable & quite enjoyable. I was a Flight Attendant for 30 years & also worked at The Fairmont A Top Nob HIll(SF) as well as The Boca Raton Resort & Club. These Ladies were "ladies serving ladies and gentlemen!" Bravo!

The check in process was easy, room was huge and nice, and parking was gated with key card entry. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and how nice it was. It was perfect for us. Also pleasantly surprised by the Drybar products at the sink and shower. Liked that the bathroom sink was outside the toilet/shower area for separate use.

The location was great, right off the highway and right in the Bricktown neighborhood with plenty to do, see and eat nearby. The hotel was bright, spacious and clean with a great lounge area for guests with a pool table and water bowls and treats for doggies! The room felt huge! It had a nice layout with a very comfortable bed. Parking was easy and safe.

The pool area is really good and needed in the heat! The staff were really warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful. Exceptionally fitted with loads of space. Good parking facilities.

Room was rooming and had a refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. Sheets amazing.

Everything about our stay was excellent, we went down for the weekend for our anniversary. It was close to bricktown. We rode scooters back and forth. It was a great experience. Definitely stay again next time we're in town, rooms were super clean and staff was friendly as could be. We loved it

The location was walking distance to the Bricktown district. The staff, especially Kim was kind and informative. The bar/restaurant had good food and Gracie was a wonderful server! I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting OKC!

Bed was very comfortable and the room was all I needed. Nice shower set up also. Restaurant that had just opened was excellent and the staff there very friendly. Would stay there again, no question. Convenient for walking to many shops downtown also, so great location!

Super helpful, friendly staff. Very spotlessly clean rooms. Nice contemporary decor. Comfortable clean bed. Work desk. Plenty of charging opportunities for devices. Free wifi with descent bandwidth. I measured about 150 Mbps
